Olympic Spirit Week
Friday, February 6 – O Canada Day
The Olympics kick off today! Support Team Canada by wearing red and white today.
Monday, February 9 – Future Olympian Day
Dress as your favorite Olympic sport. This can include sports for either the summer or winter Olympics.
Tuesday, February 10 – Twin Day
The Olympics is all about sportsmanship and teamwork. Team up with a friend for Twin Day!
Wednesday, February 11 – Training Day
Wear sweatpants and workout gear.
Thursday, February 12 – Olympic Rings Day
Wear the colors of the Olympic Rings (blue, yellow, black, green, red).
The Cost of Silence - Anti-bullying Tour
We are excited to have Alain Pelletier come to our school. He will also be doing a presentation for island parents on January 22.
Who: Parents of any aged children in the school system
Where: Kinkora High School
Time: 7:00-8:30
Cost: Free
Light Snacks provided
Babysitting: Available in the library with our Grade 8 Leadership students. There is no cost of for this service.
This event is not suitable for children as it is direct and targeted to parents.
